Bryson has landed a £6m contract to supply safety products to Skanska UK.

The deal will include PPE, site consumables, site set-up and safety equipment.

The agreement was established in line with Skanska UK’s Sustainable Procurement Strategy with Bryson chosen due to its “smarter, faster, greener” ordering process and mutual values of prioritising sustainability, customer service and delivering social value across local communities.

Dylan Hopwood, Bryson’s Sales Director, said: “We have worked closely with Skanska to build a trusted partnership around our shared values.  Our continuous investment in sustainable products and innovative technologies will enable Skanska to sustainably enhance the safety of their team and better serve their customers.

“This agreement is a fantastic way to mark Bryson’s 50th anniversary and supports our five-year value creation plan, focusing on making life easier for construction people and delivering on our vision to be the sustainable supplier of choice for our customers.”

Joe Hicks, Skanska’s Senior Category Manager, said: “We’re thrilled to have signed this five-year £6m agreement with Bryson, who are now our sole provider of PPE and Site Consumables across the entire Skanska UK business.

“Streamlining and simplifying our procurement process with technology, delivery and sustainable innovation are key to our Sustainable Procurement Strategy, and Bryson’s smarter, faster, greener approach makes it easier and more efficient for our customers and colleagues to access the products they need.  We look forward to continuing to build a strong partnership with Bryson.”
